About the Role:
Run the office and the paperwork that keeps a growing software company compliant and moving: vendor bills, purchase records, statutory filings, client documentation and day-to-day coordination between accounts, HR and delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain purchase, expense and vendor records and reconcile them with accounts every month.
- Prepare and file routine statutory and compliance paperwork with the accountant (GST, PF/ESIC support, licences).
- Handle client onboarding documents, agreements, invoices and renewals, and keep the document register current.
- Coordinate office administration: facilities, suppliers, travel, assets and inventory of equipment.
- Support HR with joining formalities, attendance records and employee documentation.
- Keep the founder's and delivery teams' calendars, follow-ups and MIS reports on time.
What You’ll Bring:
- B.Com or M.Com; 0–3 years in an administration, accounts or back-office role.
- Confident with Excel or Google Sheets, email, and one accounting tool (Tally preferred).
- Organised, accurate with numbers and documents, and comfortable chasing people for what is due.
- Clear written and spoken English, Hindi and Marathi.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to GST filings, TDS or payroll processing.
- Experience with an ERP, CRM or HR system.
- Basic understanding of how software projects are contracted and invoiced.
