The year after handover is the real test

A successful launch is the start. We judge our work by whether the system is still running well, and still improving, a year later.

Launch day gets the attention, but it tells you very little. The real measure of a system is how it behaves a year later: whether people still use it, whether it has kept up with the business and whether it can be changed without fear.

Hand over properly

Every engagement ends with documentation, access and knowledge transferred to the client's team, so they stay in control whether or not they continue with us. A system only one supplier understands is a risk, not an asset.

Keep it running and improving

Where clients choose to, our managed services keep systems maintained, monitored and updated, with a named owner and a regular service review. Each review asks what has changed in the business and what the system should do next.

At Gautam Singhania School, one platform now serves three locations, with branch websites, digital classrooms and parent communication. Updates ship to every branch from one place, so the platform keeps pace with the school.
